Hey.

I am probably a lot like a lot of people. I love to get out of town!

However, I look at travel differently now than I did before. For many reasons, my journey the past few years put my perspective in a different place. I used to be so unaware of the growth traveling could afford you personally, but sometimes it takes a change in your routine, a different room to wake up in, a different path to walk, to change your mind. You can get on a plane and be across the country in just a few hours and land entirely in someone else's story, thus changing your own.

I created this blog really as my own reflection. My biggest fear is staying the same, being bored, or falling victim to a routine to the same mental state of consciences. There has to be more to life than that. I started to find that in these experiences.

Some of the places I have been to have enlightened my perspective. Likely because of the people I shared the journey with, but also because I internally searched and became aware of the spirituality of it all. There is an intimacy in traveling, it has its own language. I'll never be unaware of that again.

I'm not an agent, but I have planned a lot of travel. Every time trying to make it more special than the last. Breakfasts with eggs made a million different ways, amazing coffee served in little white dishes and morning conversations in a 10,000 thread count robe that make you think your changing the world. It's like suspending time, and if your aware enough, suspending your own disbeliefs.

Some of the places that have really resonated with me I included here. No agenda, but maybe you find yourself there. And if you do, take the time on the plane to let yourself dream about what you really want out of life, and appreciate where your going. There really is no better gift..

Enjoy.
